You will act as a subject‐matter expert within tactical planning, partnering with cross‐functional teams to assess risks, align on mitigation strategies, and improve planning outcomes. The team develops planning strategies, establishes key priorities and KPIs, and partners cross‐functionally with Merchandising, Finance, Sourcing and Operations teams to deliver integrated plans. Through scenario planning, supply‐demand balancing and forecast optimisation, Global Planning enables informed decision‐making and agile responses to evolving business needs. By connecting long‐range strategy with day‐to‐day execution, the team helps drive operational efficiency, inventory productivity and sustainable growth across the global business.Core ActivitiesOwning the Supply inputs to S&OE in the operational planning horizonConnecting in with Hong Kong Office T1/T2 Production teams, and translating production impact back to business teamsLeading communication of impacts of production changes back to cross‐functional planning teams and coordinating production prioritisationEscalating post‐buy issues to Inventory Planners (Global and Regional) with alternatives/recommendations and trade‐offs/implications (financial, service level, sustainability, worker well‐being, etc.), facilitating resolution when neededRolling up production planning updates for regional communicationOverseeing delivery of global supply into regions,
