You will play an important role in fostering a positive, cooperative team environment while providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to team members.What You'll DoLead, coach and mentor the Personal Lines team to deliver exceptional client serviceFoster a positive, cooperative and accountable team environmentProvide regular feedback, guidance and support to encourage professional developmentMonitor workflow, service levels and quality to ensure client expectations are consistently metOptimize team scheduling to meet client servicing needsEnsure documentation and transactions are processed accurately and within required timelinesHandle and resolve escalations involving clients, insurers, underwriters and producersBuild and maintain strong professional relationships with insurance companies and underwritersAnalyze and resolve service and sales issues and follow up on escalated situationsIdentify opportunities to improve processes,
