In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day facility operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and building positive relationships with all stakeholders. You will provide support to the Site and/or Facility Manager with operational activities in maintenance and operations, accounting and finance, vendor oversight, equipment and supplies, occupancy services and proactively develop and maintain client relationships ensuring that expected service levels are achieved.What You'll Be DoingServe as primary contact for client employee inquiries, issues, and feedback; manage ticket creation,dispatch, and follow-up through Corrigo to ensure timely resolution of all work requests with technical staff and vendorsConduct routine site walkthroughs to ensure facilities are clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing while monitoring compliance with Service Level Agreements, policies, regulations, and performance metricsSupport facility management and engineering teams with budgetary requests, financial analysis, reporting, purchasing,



and data collection to align with client goals while continuously improving service performanceCoordinate all building services including janitorial, food service, vending, badging, conference rooms, furnishings, reception, mail services, office supplies, equipment maintenance, and building access managementProvide event and meeting coordination support while demonstrating leadership and creativity in service delivery solutions and cultivating positive relationships with clients, JLL representatives, and service providersMeet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monitor Service Level Agreements monthly, identify challenges, plan corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement in processes and client satisfactionEnsure safety compliance by recognizing hazards, completing assessments, maintaining code compliance, implementing hazard controls, enforcing safety policies, completing required trainings, and managing proper material storage and disposalWhat We're Looking For1-3 years prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility / property management, operations and/or knowledge of commercial real estate, preferredExceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitalityAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentHighly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer serviceAbility to work independently – solid prioritization and time management skillsAbility to work with diverse teams – lead and/or follow; respectful, cooperative, accountableExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionallyExcellent organizational skills and process managementAbility to adapt to new devices, technology, and applicationsWhat's In It For YouJoin an industry leader and shape the future of commercial real estateA supportive, caring and diverse work environment designed for your growth and well-being
