budgets and schedulesPlan and monitor work assignments and costsSupervise the work of a team of 1 to 2 personsCommunicate with the client on active and future projectsDo your qualities and values match our corporate culture?Caring mindset that puts people firstResults-drivenAbility to see beyond established standardsRigour and ethicalConstantly seek sustainable and agile solutionsOverview of certifications and job requirementsElectrical Engineering Degree, or similarMinimum 8 years of relevant experience on industrial projects within the mining or renewable power sectorsEligible to register with EGBC as a P.EngA valid class 5 BC driver's licenseExperience preparing and reviewing technical documents such as reports, specifications, studies, plans, and instructionsExperience with design deliverables such as single line diagrams, layouts, elevations, material lists, cable and termination schedules, etcExperience preparing and reviewing project estimatesFamiliarity with IEEE Color Books, CEC and NECPractical knowledge of HV & MV substations including site layouts, reactive equipment, switching equipment, grounding, shielding, power distribution and lightingKnowledge of HV/MV/LV electrical equipment specifications, testing and commissioningExperience with projects in the mining, industrial, and utility sectorsAbility to travel on short notice to customer sites and other BBA officesExperience in troubleshooting, commissioning and system installationExcellent communication skills with high competency in English (both spoken and written)An overview of BBA's total rewardsAnnual base salary,
