Concord Security has a great opportunity for a Control Supervisor to join our high profile team at one of the biggest and busiest shopping centres! This position requires strong communication skills, strong conflict resolution skills, and impeccable leadership management skills, along with the ability to multi-task and remain organized in a busy environment!Pay Rate: $27 - $28.50/hourShift Times: 0700-1500/1500 - 2300ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer service in a challenging and dynamic environmentMonitor CCTV systems, alarm systems and emergency response to ensure safety and access in accordance with the site policies and proceduresWrite clear and detailed reports, including incident, emergency, liability and day to day reports. Responding promptly to the client when questioned about details.De-escalate crisis situations, provide support to the control officers on-duty and liaise with emergency personnel, including; police, fire and paramedic resourcesConduct call-outs to 9-1-1, after-hours emergency contacts, officers and the client.Complete shift logs and ensure that pass-ons are effectively communicated between on-coming and off-going staffUtilize two-way radios and computer applications to communicate site activities to the officers, mechanical,



and janitorial teams.Assist the supervisory teams with investigations and operational tasks/audits.Oversee the control room operations and supervise the control officers on-dutyRequirements:Minimum of three years of work experience in the security industryMinimum of one year of experience in a dispatch/control officer role is requiredPrior experience in a supervisory role is preferredPrior experience working in customer service is an assetStrong English communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent customer service, active listening, and observational skillsAbility to make immediate decisions while maintaining composure in emergency response situationsPositive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to work well with others in order to achieve collective goalsMust be able to use programs like Avigilon, Genetec and MicrosoftAdditional Information / BenefitsConcord Security: We Go Above and Beyond!Do you have exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping others?
