This role focuses on providing accurate field data, real-time construction verification, and digital deliverables that improve quality, reduce rework, and support project execution.This is a hands-on, field-based role working directly on active construction sites.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform construction survey services including layout, control, and as-built data captureExecute laser scanning and reality capture for building construction projectsSupport QA/QC verification workflows, including pre-pour, structural, and installation validationProcess and validate field data using Civil 3D, Revit, Trimble Business Center (TBC) or similar softwareDeliver accurate, high-quality outputs to support construction teams and project decisionsCollaborate with general contractors, project managers, and site teams across the Lower MainlandContribute to the development of standardized survey, scanning, and QA/QC workflowsQualifications & ExperienceEducation & CertificationsPreferred (one Or More Of The Following)Diploma or Degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering Technology, or related fieldCST (Certified Survey Technician) designation (or working toward)ASTTBC C.Tech or AScT designation (or eligibility)Exposure to BCLS (BC Land Surveyor)
