The position involves working in a call center environment, with 80% of functions focused on conducting outbound calls and being responsible for the timely and accurate follow‐up of client transfers from other financial institutions into TD Wealth. The remaining 20% of functions include data entry duties such as updating in‐house systems and working closely with ISM, Kofax (Imaging system), and in‐house Case Management software. The contractor will have access to customer data. A full week of training is provided with ongoing support throughout the engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to financial institutions and update internal systemsOperate within a call center environment,



managing high volumes of outbound communicationConduct timely and accurate follow‐up on client transfers from other financial institutions into TD Wealth (approximately 80% of daily functions)Perform data entry functions including updating in‐house systems (approximately 20% of daily functions)Work closely with ISM, Kofax (Imaging system), and in‐house Case Management softwareParticipate in a daily 15‐minute huddle meetingInteract with external stakeholders and handle customer data responsiblyMeet daily deliverable targets and performance metricsRequired SkillsOperations experience in banking/financial services: 1–2 yearsAttention to detail and multi‐tasking skillsHigh technical aptitudeStrong Excel skills – solid understanding of using Excel spreadsheets, including spreadsheets with macros; must have the technicalcapability to learn and apply macros during trainingExcellent verbal and written communication skills for updating tickets and carrying out data entry dutiesProfessional and interpersonal skills for making outbound phone calls (phone experience is a strong must‐have skill for this role)Preferred SkillsCall center experiencePrevious TD Wealth experiencePrevious experience with ISM, EIS,
