We are therefore looking for an independent, organized, and solution‐oriented individual to become the owner's operational right‐hand person!The RoleEnsure the complete coordination of rental operations and progressively contribute to the development of the conversion aspect. This position aims to structure and evolve operations to allow the owner to focus on developing the business. You will therefore have a high level of autonomy in a dynamic environment!Main ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience – Rental and Conversion (before, during, after)Answer calls and emailsManage reservations and the calendarEnsure pre‐departure, during, and return follow‐upsSupervise vehicle departures and returnsManage unforeseen events and emergenciesCoordination of rental operationsLogistical organization of departures and returnsCoordination with the person responsible for maintenanceVerification of the general condition of the vansPreparation of vehicles (as needed,
