Job DescriptionUnder the direct supervision of the Assistant Manager, Facilities, this position is responsible for daily maintenance and repair of the facility. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Excellent Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.Key AccountabilitiesMaintaining and repairing equipment, property and general building and preventative maintenanceMaintaining HVAC systems, including daily inspections, monitoring and minor repairs, filter replacementCompleting assigned workorders in a timely mannerCompletes daily inspection of facility for safety hazards, reports, repairs as required and documentsMaintains basic equipment, reports inefficienciesAssist with Shipping and Receiving when requiredEscort and assist outside contractors as requiredAssist other departments with moves and projects as requiredCommunicates effectively with all appropriate operational departmentsBuilds strong working relationships with guests and team membersComplies with licensing laws,
