Overview:Greenhouse is seeking a hard-working, reliable, highly skilled Dual-Ticketed Industrial Millwright / Electrician (433A + 309A/442A) to join our maintenance team. This role is for a 3rd Shift position. Holding both tickets isn't just a nice-to-have here — it's what the role is built around. This full-time position is based at our Mississauga facility and offers the flexibility to work 1st, 2nd shift, and occasional weekends as needed. The ideal candidate is a hands‐on self-starter with a strong command of industrial machinery, electrical systems, and advanced troubleshooting.This is a full-time position based out of our Mississauga location within a rapidly growing company. This is a cool job, literally — please note that you will be working in refrigerated conditions for juice production. Your role will be critical in maintaining and improving the performance of our production equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.Key Performance Indicators for the Maintenance team:Critical equipment response: respond to critical equipment breakdown < 1 hour, bring equipment back up < 4 hours, complete repairs < 24 hoursWork order completion: High priority WOs 100%, overall 95% completion rate, low–medium priority WO backlog < 2 weeksTarget downtime < 5 hours per week100% Document and Record-Keeping ComplianceStatement of Work & Responsibilities:Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial production equipment — including rotary/gable top/can fillers, ROPP cappers, labelers, UHT systems, homogenizers, pumps, depalletizers, and high-speed doorsPerform precision alignment, bearing replacements, shaft work, gear and chain drive servicing, and mechanical rebuildsTroubleshoot and repair electrical systems — motor controls, VFDs, control panels, sensors,



and low‐voltage circuitsRead and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, electrical schematics, and OEM manualsDiagnose faults across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systemsExecute and continuously improve the preventive maintenance programFabricate, modify, and upgrade equipment components as neededMaintain accurate spare parts inventory and maintenance records in the CMMSIdentify opportunities for reliability improvements and bring forward practical solutionsUphold food safety (HACCP) and workplace safety standards at all timesSupport commissioning and installation of new equipment during planned shutdownsBe available for occasional weekend/evening work and longer shifts when emergency repairs are neededSkills & Qualifications:Valid Industrial Millwright — 433A (Ontario Certificate of Qualification) — requiredValid Industrial Electrician — 309A or 442A (Ontario Certificate of Qualification) — requiredMinimum 5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment post-ticketStrong electromechanical skills: motor controls, VFDs, PLCs (fault navigation, I/O troubleshooting), wiring circuits, and troubleshooting techniquesStrong mechanical skills: precision alignment, hydraulics, pneumatics, drives, conveyorsExperience in a food and/or beverage manufacturing environment is a strong assetAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics,
