Your day-to-day includes:Educating Creators on platform strategies and technologyAnalyzing trends and key metrics to drive successManaging relationships with ~300 partners, supporting them through calls, emails, and outreachPresenting tailored solutions to help partners grow their brandsBasic Qualifications:1+ year of customer service experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent6+ months in Marketing/Social Media/Sales or internship in these fieldsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA passion for social media and customer serviceFluent in both Spanish and EnglishPreferred:Social media experienceFamiliarity with online ads and digital toolsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
