This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, takes pride in their work, and has a robust understanding of garment construction and production processes.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate technical sketches in Adobe Illustrator, presenting all garment details (front, back, inside) to clearly communicate construction to vendorsDevelop and maintain accurate tech packs, ensuring all specifications are current and completeOversee and follow up on fabric approvals, lab dips, strike-offs, trims, and packaging materialsCollaborate with designers, manufacturers, vendors, and clients to ensure product feasibility and alignment with the creative visionOrganize and manage design and product development files for efficient access and updatesDesign and develop prints and patterns,
