and other common areasClean vacant suites and complete suite touch-upsInterior and exterior garbage pick-upAssist with snow removal and touch-up painting as requiredEnsure proper and accurate inventory managementEnsure all equipment is working and being maintained properlyComplete other tasks and assist other sites as requiredExperience And Educational Requirements2 years cleaning experience requiredTechnical RequirementsWorking knowledge of English both verbal and writtenFamiliarity with technology is an assetNon-Technical RequirementsAbility to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, liftingAbility to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipmentStrong commitment to providing excellent customer serviceExcellent time-management skillsAbility to work independently and with others in a team environmentDemonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasmAdditional RequirementsValid driver's licenseOwn reliable vehicleOffers of employment will be contingent on satisfactory Security Background Checks, Reference Checks, and Pre-employment Physical Testing where applicable.
