Kellyboy Maintenance Inc. is looking for an experienced Exterior Cleaning Manager to take a leadership role in our growing exterior cleaning division.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day operation—from scheduling and staffing to quality control, quoting, customer service, and keeping crews moving efficiently.

This is not just a cleaning position. You’ll be a key part of the management team and will have a direct impact on how efficiently we operate and how satisfied our customers are.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Manage daily workflow and coordinate multiple crews and jobs

Build and maintain efficient schedules

Manage staffing, crew assignments, and productivity

Conduct quality-control checks and ensure company standards are met

Prepare quotes and estimates for residential and commercial projects

Communicate directly with customers and resolve issues professionally

Visit job sites and ensure crews have what they need to succeed

Monitor job progress, labour, and overall efficiency

Help train, develop, and hold team members accountable

Coordinate equipment, vehicles, and supplies

Identify problems before they become bigger problems

Help improve systems and processes as the company continues to grow

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You may be a great fit if you:

Have previous experience in exterior cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning, property maintenance, construction, landscaping, or a similar industry





Have experience leading or managing a crew

Are highly organized and good at managing multiple priorities

Can communicate confidently with both employees and customers

Have a strong eye for quality and attention to detail

Can accurately assess jobs and provide quotes

Are comfortable working both in the office and in the field

Take initiative and don’t need to be micromanaged

Are dependable, professional, and solution-oriented

Have a valid driver’s licence
