Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Extrusion Line Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating extrusion equipment, handling finished product, performing measurements, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor extrusion line equipment safely and efficiently
- Coil and spool finished product according to specifications
- Perform quality checks using measuring tools (vernier calipers, micrometers, tape measures)
- Complete required production forms and documentation
- Perform math calculations related to measurements and production ratios
- Identify issues quickly and assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Maintain a clean and protected work environment

Requirements:

- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand for extended periods (entire shift)




- Ability to perform repetative physical tasks
- Comfortable working in a warm or hot production environment
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to think on your feet and solve problems effectively
- Basic computer literacy
- Good communication and teamwork skills (In the English Language)

Preferred (but not required):

- Previous manufacturing or extrusion experience
- Experience using precision measuring tools
