Role Summary

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Assembler is responsible for assembling louvre blade components in accordance with drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. This role supports production operations by accurately assembling products, verifying workmanship, and preparing completed components for the next stage of production.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble louvre blade components in accordance with drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Operate hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment as required.
- Perform visual inspections to verify quality, fit, and overall workmanship.
- Maintain production standards while meeting quality and safety requirements.
- Handle and move materials safely throughout the assembly process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Support production priorities and other related duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment preferred.
- Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment considered an asset.
- Experience working with sheet metal products or mechanical assemblies considered an asset.
- Ability to read and follow drawings, work instructions, and basic assembly specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.




- Reliable attendance and commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work area.
- Basic math, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift materials up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment

- Manufacturing setting with regular standing, lifting, repetitive work, and material handling.
- Use of personal protective equipment required.
- Work Location: In person.
- Occasional overtime may be required to support production schedules.
