Reports To: Property/Plant Manager

Position Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

Responsible for the maintenance, repairs, safety, and upkeep of company assets, including buildings, equipment, grounds and common areas. Provides prompt and qualified service to tenants and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform general building repairs and maintenance.
- Respond to tenant maintenance requests.
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Maintain buildings, grounds, parking areas, and exterior spaces.
- Perform seasonal maintenance, including lawn care and snow removal.
- Identify and report maintenance, safety, and security concerns.
- Coordinate contractors when required.
- Assist with renovations and tenant turnover.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and basic maintenance records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Previous maintenance or building experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.




- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Trade experience or certification is an asset.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and perform physical maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
