We’re excited to announce our recent expansion with the Fannystelle grain elevator, and we’re looking for a Facility Assistant I to join our team! This role offers flexibility to work at both our Carman and Fannystelle locations.

If you enjoy hands-on work, like being part of a supportive team, and want to help keep things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Operate equipment like tractors, augers, conveyors, and grain legs.
- Load railcars, trucks, and containers.
- Receive and store agricultural commodities.
- Help with equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Keep our yard clean and safe.
- Provide friendly, helpful service to our customers.
- Learn and assist with grain grading.

What We’re Looking For

- Someone who works well independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Comfortable operating grain-handling equipment (or willing to learn!).
- Good eyesight and color perception.
- Okay with working at heights.
- Previous grain or commodity handling experience is a bonus.
- A valid Class 5 driver’s license.
