About Family Time Concierge

We're bringing Family Time Concierge to Barrie, and we're looking for someone to lead the way! Family Time Concierge helps busy families calm the chaos at home by taking care of laundry, meal prep, organizing, tidying, errands and more. After growing our team in Calgary, we are expanding to Barrie, Ontario!

We are looking for an experienced leader to launch and take charge of our Barrie area. You won't be doing it alone. Our founder will support you both in person and virtually as we get Barrie up and running.

What You'll Do

- Provide hands-on home support to client families, including laundry, meal prep, organizing, tidying and errands
- Take ownership of the Barrie area and help it grow
- Build robust, lasting relationships with client families
- Support and train new concierges as the Barrie team grows
- Keep service quality high and make sure every visit reflects our standards
- Communicate regularly with the founder on area progress, client needs and team updates

What You'll Need

- A minimum of two years of experience managing or running a cleaning company
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle




- The ability to pass a criminal record and vulnerable sector check
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
- Availability for a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Great time management skills and the ability to work independently
- An eye for the small details
- A love for providing exceptional service to families
