Overview

Country Mills is a growing agricultural company serving farmers and rural communities across Southwestern Ontario. With five locations operating under one company, we are committed to providing quality feed, exceptional customer service, and reliable products to our customers.

We are currently looking for two dependable, hardworking Feed Mill Operators to join our team. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment, takes pride in producing a quality product, and works well as part of a team.

- As a Feed Mill Operator, you will help manufacture livestock feed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
- Operate feed mill equipment, including mixers, grinders, pellet mills, and bagging equipment.
- Follow feed formulations and daily production schedules.
- Measure, weigh, and add ingredients accurately.
- Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met.
- Load and unload ingredients and finished products.
- Complete required production records and equipment checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work with the Feed Office, Warehouse, and mill team to meet daily production requirements.





Experience

- Feed mill, manufacturing, farming, or agricultural experience is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Ability to work with weights and measurements.
- Ability to regularly lift 25–50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Forklift experience is an asset; training can be provided.
- Mechanical aptitude is an asset.
- Reliable transportation to the work location.
