The Nurse Practitioner (NP) at CHEO is a Registered Nurse with advanced education who provides personalized and quality care to pediatric patients. The NP works independently and with a team, including diagnosis, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and coordinating care across the hospital.Focused on children with feeding challenges and complex subspecialty needs, the NP supports care planning, ensures continuity of care during stay, and facilitates transitions to community-based care.
