You'll set the tone, the standard, and the energy of the home.This is a leadership role grounded in action, not observation. By fostering a sense of belonging in both home and community settings, you will support individuals to live with dignity, independence, and purpose.Leading by example, you will actively support individuals, build trusting relationships, and set a gold standard of high quality care for your CSWs. Your mentorship will empower team members to promote skill development, enhance social/personal growth, and create opportunities for meaningful community involvement. Through individualized coaching and purposeful routines, you and your teams will encourage inclusion, support engagement, and help individuals become active members of their communities.
