Aarog Foods makes convenient, gluten-free-focused mixes for everyday meals. We are growing our presence in Lower Mainland grocery stores and are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, demonstrating food products and building lasting relationships with store owners.

This is a hands-on field role. You will visit grocery stores, introduce Aarog products to buyers, run in-store sampling, keep displays stocked and presentable, and follow up on orders and reorders. Your work will take you across the Lower Mainland, starting with stores and neighbourhoods where our products are a strong fit.

What you’ll do

- Find and approach prospective grocery stores, meet buyers and secure new accounts.
- Plan and run in-store sampling that helps shoppers discover how to use our products.
- Visit assigned stores regularly to check stock, shelf placement, pricing and displays.
- Follow up with buyers, take orders and help stores reorder before they run out.
- Keep clear records of visits, samples, orders, customer feedback and next steps.
- Coordinate with Aarog’s production team so stores receive the right products on time.
- Represent the brand professionally and follow food handling and sampling procedures.

What we’re looking for

- Confidence starting conversations with store owners, buyers and shoppers.
- Experience in field sales, grocery, food sampling,



merchandising or account management.
- Strong follow-through: you can turn an introduction into an order and an order into a long-term account.
- Good organization and comfort recording store visits and sales activity.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable access to a vehicle for store visits.
- Availability for some weekend sampling events.

Experience selling food products to independent grocery stores is an asset. We’re also interested in candidates with strong retail sales experience who are ready to learn the grocery channel.

Compensation and schedule

This is a full-time employee position, 40 hours per week. The starting wage is $20–$22/hour, based on experience, plus mileage reimbursement for approved business travel. The role also includes commission on eligible paid wholesale sales from assigned accounts; the commission plan will be provided in writing before employment begins.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
