FIELD SUPERVISOR / DISPATCH SUPPORT

RKS is growing, and we’re looking for a strong, organized, field‑focused leader to help keep our operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who knows oilfield work, understands how jobs flow, and can keep crews accountable while maintaining solid customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

- Spend most of your time in the field ensuring jobs stay on track
- Check in on crews, job progress, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Support operators with job scope, equipment needs, and problem solving
- Communicate with customers on job status and expectations
- Run dispatch approximately one week per month (scheduling, coordinating units, managing callouts)
- Assist with operational planning, job prep, and workflow improvements
- Provide backup coverage for dispatch or field issues as needed

What We’re Looking For

- Strong oilfield experience (vac, steamer, pressure, fluid hauling, or similar)




- Solid communication and leadership skills
- Ability to hold crews accountable while maintaining good relationships
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple moving parts
- Comfortable with technology (dispatch software, messaging apps, basic reporting)
- Valid tickets and clean driving record preferred
