Tech Talent International (TTI) supplies technical talent to a variety of clients ranging from Fortune (phone hidden) companies to startups, small and mid-sized organizations in Canada/US. We are currently hiring a FileNet IER Developer (IBM Enterprise Records) for our global consulting client.

Role: FileNet IER Developer (IBM Enterprise Records)

Number of Roles : 1

Rate Range: $70-72/hr C2C

Duration: 6 months + extensions

- Location: Hybrid (2 days onsite) - Toronto

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the FileNet IER module.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of customized IER solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Design and implement legal hold and data purge functionalities to support compliance and operational objectives.
- Drive end-to-end solution delivery, including architecture design, system integration, implementation, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define and deliver effective enterprise content management solutions.
- Provide QA support through defect triage, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, implementation procedures, infrastructure documentation, and support guides.
- Promote knowledge sharing and cross-skilling across team members on IER capabilities and best practices.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through adherence to development, testing, and governance standards.
- Support ongoing enhancements and operational activities related to FileNet IER solutions.

Core Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong expertise as a Subject Matter Expert in the FileNet IER module .
- Experience implementing and supporting legal hold and data purge solutions.
- Hands-on experience with system design, architecture, integration, and implementation.
- Experience delivering enterprise content management and records management solutions.
- Robust understanding of information governance, compliance, and records retention processes.
- Experience supporting defect triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution activities.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience providing QA support and quality assurance activities.
- Strong technical documentation and technical writing skills.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and cross-skilling team members.
- Experience working within large enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with information governance, records management, and compliance frameworks.
