plumbing and carpentryEnsures the physical structure and equipment are in safe operating condition as per regulations issued by local-state-federal health and safety authoritiesCoordinates repairs within approved budgetary guidelinesMaintains preventative maintenance schedule and records for all systems and equipmentAdheres to all OSHA regulationsPerforms heavy lifting or moving of heavy equipment as requiredMinimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Workplace:Requires a High School Diploma or GED equivalent; up to 3 years equivalent experience post-high school specialized trade or technical school preferredRequires and/or willing to obtain OSHA-10 certification for Construction and General IndustriesRequires precise hand/eye coordinationRequires operation of heavy equipment or vehiclesMust perform lifting/pushing of objects weighing over 50 lbs.May require climbing or working in awkward or cramped positions
