You will conduct preventative maintenance, inspect critical vehicle components such as brakes, fuel systems, and engines, and repair or replace parts as needed. In addition, you will mentor apprentices and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.What Drives Your Day-to-DayPerform repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately, following dealership and OEM standardsCommunicate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage production, cycle times, and customer updatesConduct multi-point inspections and recommend necessary repairs to ensure vehicle safety and reliabilityDocument all work in repair orders to meet OEM standards and ensure warranty complianceMaintain personal inventory of commonly used tools not provided by the Service departmentStay up to date on factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classesDeliver an exceptional repair experience that drives customer loyalty and department revenueWhat Are The Must-haves...Strong knowledge of multiple makes and modelProvincially recognized Journeyman Automotive Mechanic Certificate (completed or in progress)Red Seal Certification is an assetCompletion of related post-secondary programs or training coursesProfessional demeanor and strong work ethicExcellent communication, problem-solving,
