We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a well-established, high-end restaurant in Essex.This is a busy operation with a robust focus on food, wine and service, so we're looking for someone who is confident on the floor, enjoys leading a team and knows what great hospitality looks like.You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, working closely with the senior management team and leading the FOH team through service.The Role Will IncludeManaging and developing the restaurant teamRunning busy services and maintaining high standardsManaging rotas and staffing levelsOverseeing reservations and maximising coversTraining, coaching and supporting the teamLooking after regular guests and handling feedbackSupporting recruitment and performance managementKeeping an eye on budgets and overall restaurant performanceMaking sure all operational,
