This role is accountable for execution, accuracy, and discipline across the close cycle—ensuring first run financial statements are complete, reliable, and variance reviewed prior to senior review.Your roleAccounting & Close Ownership: Own the full month end close process across multiple legal entitiesDeliver accurate, review ready internal financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)Ensure journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and reconciliations are complete and technically soundMaintain balance sheet integrity with documented, timely reconciliationsFinancial Reporting & Variance ReviewPrepare internal management reporting packagesPerform variance analysis versus budget and prior periodsIdentify unusual items, trends, and control issues before escalationProvide clear explanations and supporting detail for resultsProcess Discipline & Internal ControlsEnsure accounting processes are followed consistently and on scheduleMaintain and enhance documented accounting policies and proceduresIdentify breakdowns, inefficiencies, or risks and implement practical improvementsEnsure appropriate accounting treatment across a group structurePayroll & Operational FinanceOversee payroll processing, ROEs,
