This role will primarily focus on providing data-driven insights and decision support to various business initiatives, acquiring data in support of such work, as well as helping to develop robust processes and procedures, and executing thereon. Key accountabilities include: Perform and leverage DI’s client segmentation to create and support targeted organic growth initiatives, client engagement tactics, and business value proposition enhancements Prepare structured data analyses, often in time-sensitive circumstances, and be able to summarize key insights into a coherent, concise communication suitable for executive consumption. Collaborate with partners in Data & Analytics teams across Wealth, Marketing, and Phone Channel to understand complex business issues and develop innovative data-driven insights and solutions. Support the Senior Manager, Strategic Insights & Analysis in the execution and control of regular reporting, campaign fulfillment, and non-standard pricing processes, ensuring proper documentation. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement (through process improvements, automation, improved documentation, etc.) *Job Requirements Knowledge of and familiarity or hands-on experience with self-directed investing platforms Experience with data extraction, manipulation, and visualization tools (e.G.
