We're adding a Site Superintendent to the team!The ideal candidate will have the desire, work ethic and experience to manage high profile infrastructure renewal, water & sewer, road reconstruction, environmental reclamation and land development projects.Key Responsibilities:Site leadership, safety, quality and executionLead daily site operations, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans and specificationsCoordinate trades, subcontractors, and internal crews to maintain productivity and schedule adherenceProvide hands-on leadership and direction to field teams, ensuring safety, accountability and performanceCommunicate plan, goals and objectives, critical path, subcontractor performanceDeveloping and executing short-term schedules, in cooperation with Project ManagersProactively identify and resolve complications, and site constraintsSupport communication between field and office to ensure alignment and timely issue resolutionMaintain strong, qualified relationships with all stakeholders on siteEnsures work is completed safely, on schedule, and to required quality standardsProvides experienced oversight in a complex, high-risk environmentProven experience in supervising construction projects with a strong background in construction managementInterpret documentation,
