- Service and maintenance Responsibilities
Tasks
- Identify, evaluate and diagnose equipment requiring service
- Perform installations, inspections, testing, verification, repair and maintenance work on fire alarm systems
- Perform service work on access control and security systems, as well as miscellaneous service work, as required
- Perform annual inspections, verifications, service calls, troubleshooting, repairs and installations
- Prepare thorough reports and inspection documentation
- Provide customer service
- Professionally represent the company while maintaining a polite and respectful demeanor with customers and fellow co-workers
Qualifications
- Candidate must be CFAA registered
- Must have a solid command of the English language, both oral and written
- Must be capable of preparing thorough reports and inspection documentation
- Must have a valid driver's licence with a clean driver abstract
- Factory training on systems would be an asset
- Experience in security systems, CCTV systems and card access systems would be considered an asset
