Primarily for distribution & control products, lighting & lighting control, wire & cable, and rough-in products.Prepare and provide quotes for new and existing customers, contractors, and account managersProvide accurate information regarding the availability of in-stock itemsRecommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specificationsLiaise between suppliers' reps and customers for all inquiries, lead, and delivery times, to meet tender deadlinesProvide clarification on engineering specifications sheets, plans, contractor takeoffs, and addendumsCoordinate with other departments, particularly plumbing and heating, for business opportunitiesMaintain project documents both physical and electronic versionsEntering projects and details in shared networks and Google networksAccurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, or returnsReview the quotes for errors or missed itemsDetermine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutionsStay current with up-to-date product knowledge of all electrical equipment primarily lighting and distributionEducate customers about terminology, features,
