Under leadership of the Pastry Chef, the assistant is responsible for preparing and delivering food services as per function sheet. The incumbent is required to prepare daily mise en place in mass production to create exceptional experiences through high quality food and superior customer service.Minimum Qualifications:2 Years minimum experience in a culinary setting. Strong preference given to those with experience in mid to large sized operations2 years minimum experience in patisserie, baking and/or pastry environment is strongly preferredAbility to work quickly, efficiently and keep organized is a must1-2 years' experience in mass production of baked goodsExperience with product rotation, requisitioning and ordering inventoryResponsibilities:Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest serviceReceiving, storing with proper rotation, and preparing all food items needed in our numerous kitchensPreparation (mise en place) of items as instructed by the Pastry ChefFollowing the departmental standards and recipesClean and maintain all equipment, counter tops, shelves, utensils,
