Consolidated Dealers | Ops Coordinator - Edmonton | Opened on 09/04/2026 | Pay rate: $45000-50000 per yearWe're hiring in Edmonton!Consolidated Dealers is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team in Edmonton, and these roles are a little different from the norm.Warehouse operationsThis role is perfect for someone who enjoys Warehouse operations (picking, packing, shipping, receiving, restocking) AND Order Desk and coordination duties (processing orders in the ERP, customer communication, backorders, reporting, and cross-department support)Order Desk & E-Commerce CoordinationPick, pack, and stage orders for shipmentPrepare outgoing shipments and process incoming deliveriesRestock shelves and maintain bin accuracyAssist with cycle counts and general warehouse organizationCommunicate proactively with the Order Desk and Warehouse Leads on inventory or product availability issuesOrder Desk & E-Commerce CoordinationRespond to phone calls and emails from customers, vendors, and internal Teams in a professional mannerProcess incoming orders through the ERP system (phone-in, email, and e-commerce)Review orders for accuracy and completeness before submitting to the warehouseCoordinate backorders, vendor ETAs, and customer follow-upsProvide status updates on order progress and delivery timelines2. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork collaboratively across multiple departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations andAssist the Purchasing Team in submitting purchase requests to approved vendorsMonitor inventory levels and flag low-stock or discontinued itemsAssist with fast-moving / slow-moving product reports and SKU performance metricsShare customer feedback and recurring product requests to support strategic purchasing decisionsWarehouse Operations CollaborationCommunicate special order instructions and delivery expectations to the warehousePrioritize urgent orders and ensure information is complete before reaching the warehouseAssist in operational analysis relating to product movement, order volume,



and returns patternsSubmit supplier invoices for processing and review discrepanciesSupport reconciliation of order, shipping, and invoicing dataPull transactional and pricing reports when requiredShare insights on changes in customer purchasing patterns, seasonal trends, and recurring product requestsSupport targeted outreach by identifying customers who may benefit from specific product linesDuring customer calls, take opportunities (without pressure) to:Suggest relevant or complementary productsOffer free samples when suitableFlag opportunities for the Sales Team to follow up3. Innovation, SOP Development & Analytics (National Operations Coordinator Team)Contribute to building and updating SOPs, training documents, and workflow guidesAssist in ERP sandbox testing when new features or modules are introducedDocument process feedback and identify improvement opportunities based on recurring issuesSupport operational analytics including reporting, trend identification, and root-cause analysisParticipate in or lead lunch & learn knowledge-sharing sessions between warehouse locationsUse AI tools (training provided) for market research, reporting, product comparisons, and operational insights***Driving NOT REQUIRED ONLY OPTIONAL***As part of the future operational vision, the Edmonton branch is expected to operate with its own transit van for local deliveries.The ability to make occasional deliveries is considered an asset, but it is optional and will not affect hiring decisions.Qualifications1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, customer service, order desk, logistics,
