Working closely with Project Managers and field teams, you'll help keep projects safe, on schedule, on budget, and running smoothly.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Supporting Project Managers to ensure project objectives, policies, procedures, and contractual requirements are achievedAssisting with project reporting and ensuring client reports and invoices are submitted accurately and on timePromoting and complying with all company health, safety, and environmental policies and proceduresAssisting with construction schedules, milestones, and project tracking to maintain momentum and meet deadlinesCompleting quantity take-offs from construction drawings and tracking as-built quantitiesSupporting contract preparation and assisting with revisions, changes, and negotiations involving clients, suppliers, and subcontractorsAssisting with budget analysis, cost forecasting, margin projections, and change managementSupporting quality control initiatives and continuous improvement effortsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with customers,

The starting salary will be determined based on several factors such as the successful candidate's qualifications, including but not limited to education and experience. Base pay is one component of Black & McDonald's total rewards package.
