production line and equipment issues:Be an example for others by always directing and performing work in a safe manner and following company's health and safety policy and proceduresRecipe for SuccessPost-secondary education in Engineering or related field preferredMinimum 5 years of prior maintenance supervisory experience in a production-manufacturing environment (within food services/baking a strong asset)Excellent problem solver with strong troubleshooting skillsAdvanced working knowledge on mechanical/electrical systems and componentsWorking knowledge and experience on Automation; Industrial Process and Control system; PLC; Measuring Devices; Instrumentation; Robotic Application; Bulk Handling SystemWorking knowledge and experience on Facility Maintenance and Plant EquipmentPlanning, scheduling & assigning ability while well experienced in defining priorities, required skills & resourcesComputer-savvy; holds practical knowledge on CMMS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)Multitasked in a quick-paced environment with lots of changes in direction based on business requirementBeing an example for others; a Safety-Oriented Supervisor with a positive "can do attitude
