We are looking for an experienced School Age Care Worker to join our Wentworth Campus. This position will work within the school age care program and facilitate activities for children ages JK-5, predominantly in JK. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and committed educator who can demonstrate the ability to contribute to the many facets of school life. It is a Temporary Contract position from November 16, 2026 to June 11, 2027 with the possibility of continuing in the future. This position reports directly to the Director of External Programs.Available shift:Junior Kindergarten Room (20 hrs/week) when school is in session:Monday to Friday 12:45-4:00pm with JK and 4:00-4:45pm K - Gr. 5Early Childhood Education requiredEligible for benefits coverageResponsibilities:Follow the licensing regulations and the School Age Care HandbookInteract directly with the children and staff membersAssist with the planning and set up of the School Age Care program to ensure that the children have a variety of activities to choose fromEstablish and maintain positive communication with parentsMaintain a neat, orderly, and clean environment, including all activity areasEnsure that all safety and supervision standards are implemented and maintained according to licensing and Collingwood requirementsRelease children only to those authorized by parent/guardianMaintain confidentiality of all information related to Collingwood School, the children, their families, and staffMaintain regular attendance, punctuality and professionalism at all timesEnsure fire,
