Karen's Flower Shop is looking for a Full-Time Flower Shop Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys, talking with customers, multitasking, keeping all the gears of a busy store turning, while being part of a positive workplace.
No two days are the same here, especially during floral holidays and special events! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a supportive, energetic team, this could be the perfect fit for you.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptional Customer Experience Skills.
- Ability To Multi-Task & Problem Solve In A Fast-Paced Environment.

- Morning and Day Time Availability (Primarily Monday-Friday).
- High School Diploma
PREFERED JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in phone sales and POS systems with confidence in recommending products and helping customers choose the perfect items.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with a qualified and friendly demeanor.
