Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Server to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional guest service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, solid communication skills, and experience in food service environments. Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Clover Dining
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in throughout the meal and responding promptly to requests
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed, supporting overall restaurant operations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables during busy periods without compromising service quality




- Follow all sanitation, safety, and food industry standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Clover Dining is a plus
- Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Good math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and basic order calculations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
