END DATE OF SEPTEMBER 2027)REASON TO POST: DIRECT REPLACEMENTWAGE RATE: $96,853 - $117,305Reporting to the Director EMR Integration, the Project Manager will support the planning, development and implementation of key projects within Georgian Bay Information Network (GBIN) including, but not limited to, projects within the eNautilus multi-year initiative. The Project Manager role will include the promotion of health system integration and information systems. The incumbent will be a critical resource to coordinate projects, using project management best practices, and building strong relationships with internal and external partners. All roles are essential in providing a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, physicians, volunteers and others by ensuring that health and safety policies are followed.Skills/Abilities/QualificationsRequired3 year degree or diploma in a related discipline or related work experience2 years project management experience, preferably in an Information Technology settingFormal Project Management education or PMP an assetSystems thinker, with successful completion and support of highly complex projects and initiatives aligned with strategic directionsOutstanding interpersonal, influencing and communication skills to build solid relationships, gain credibility and network effectively with all levels of the organization and with external clients and partnersDemonstrated project management skills with extensive knowledge of project management principles and toolsStrong computer skills, including demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite, including MS ProjectDetail oriented with strong analytical,
