and monitor leading indicators (H&S fundamentals and key preventive activities)Drive improvement of safety performance and recommend actions to achieve site objectivesFacilitate and coach incident investigations to identify root causes and eliminate risks and hazardsSupport the site in defining, tracking, and closing actions resulting from audits, regulatory reviews, and investigationsActively participate in Gemba walks and site Health & Safety inspectionsParticipate in daily, weekly, and monthly operational reviewsLead and/or actively participate in the Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) and sub-committees as requiredCoordinate and support the development of Health & Safety competencies across the siteProvide guidance and technical expertise to ensure the effective implementation of major H&S programsAct as a coach and trusted partner for all plant personnelThe individual who will own this roleBachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field3–5 years of experience in Health & Safety, preferably in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of H&S regulations and best practicesAn workplace that values engagement and encourages everyone to take initiativeAgropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
