This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and relationship-driven underwriting skilled looking to work with a collaborative and high-performing group.The OpportunityIn this role, you will be responsible for underwriting and managing a portfolio of personal lines business, ensuring profitability while delivering exceptional service to broker partners. You will play a key role in risk assessment, pricing, and building strong broker relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderwrite new and renewal personal lines business in accordance with company guidelinesEvaluate risk exposures and determine appropriate pricing and coverage termsMaintain and grow strong relationships with brokers and internal stakeholdersProvide technical underwriting support and guidance to brokersMonitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvementEnsure compliance with underwriting standards and regulatory requirementsQualifications2+ years of personal lines underwriting experienceStrong knowledge of personal auto and property productsCIP designation (or working towards)
