The ideal Community Inclusion and Support Facilitator is energized by the CLPS mission, and passionate about working with people. The successful candidate will help to drive our mission forward through the provision of person-centred supports.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Secondary School diplomaDiploma or active progress toward the completion of a post-secondary diploma in the human services fieldMinimum of one year working with a special needs population with progressive and related experienceValid Ontario G driver's licenseFlexibility to meet changing needs of people and their familiesWillingness to work flexible hours, including holidays,
