Position: Food Services Manager

Wages: CAD$35 00/hour (depending on experience)

Types: Full time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, weekends, and holidays)

Working hours: 30-40 hours/week

Benefits: 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations

Plan and control budget and inventory

Determine type of foods to be offered and implement operational procedures

Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

Review and adjust staff schedule when necessary

Recruit and oversee staff training and conduct performance reviews





Resolve customer complaints and ensure provincial regulations are followed

Manage catering and advertisements

Job Requirements

Completion of secondary school;

Minimum 3 years of work experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience required.

Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is an asset.

Language at work: English
