FOREMAN — Concrete Formwork

Excellent Bear Construction Group Inc. — Lower Mainland, BC

Great Bear Construction Group is a growing concrete formwork subcontractor operating across multiple active sites in the Lower Mainland. We're looking for an experienced Concrete Formwork Foreman to lead crews on commercial and residential projects.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise formwork crews on active job sites
- Read and interpret structural drawings and plans
- Coordinate daily production, sequencing, and material flow
- Communicate directly with GC site supervisors and project management
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe work environment
- Complete daily reporting and crew documentation

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years experience in concrete formwork




- Valid Fall Protection certificate
- Valid Rigging certificate
- Supervisory certificate or equivalent field leadership experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to read structural drawings
