Forklift Operator Egar Tool and Die Ltd. is pleased to offer Full Time employment opportunities in our Stamping and Assembly departments. Our forklift operators are an integral part of our stamping and assembly processes, ensuring the best quality parts are delivered to our customers. You will be challenged to meet production targets together with your team.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Daily Forklift inspection.
- Safe operation of Forklift at all times.
- Safe Transportation of Raw and finished goods to proper storage areas.
- Ability to use RF scanner to ensure proper identification and traceability of goods.
- Preparation of packaging materials required for each job being run.
- Pull, organize and load orders onto trucks as needed.

Qualifications

- Experience with both Propane and Electric counter balance forklift.
- Ability to stack Automotive bins and work in a fast paced production environment.




- Must be fully mobile, lifting and bending involved (must be able to lift 35 – 50 lbs)
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Forklift licence an asset
- Accountable – Teachable – Approachable -team player
- Conscientious worker with good eye for detail
- Ability to learn, make decisions, be flexible and problem solve

Salary information:
- $22.00 - $23.00per hour
- $0.75 shift premium nights
- 4 hour shift bonus weekends*
