Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to work at the intersection of software engineering, solution architecture, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have a robust foundation in Java and/or Python application development , experience building enterprise-grade platforms, and the ability to work directly with clients to translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will embed with client teams, lead technical discovery, design and develop innovative solutions, integrate complex enterprise systems, and drive successful production deployments. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor while remaining hands-on with coding, architecture, and problem resolution.

Mandatory Qualifications

- 10+ years of software development experience
- Strong hands-on development experience in Java and/or Python (mandatory)
- Proven experience designing and developing enterprise applications, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and clients
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system integration, and cloud-native development
- Experience leading technical discussions,



solution workshops, and design reviews
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline

Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Solution Development

- Partner directly with client stakeholders to understand business challenges and define technical solutions.
- Conduct discovery sessions and translate requirements into scalable system designs.
- Act as the technical bridge between business teams and engineering teams.
- Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs), pilots, and production implementations.

Software Engineering

- Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using Java and/or Python.
- Build APIs, microservices, integrations, and data-driven applications.
- Develop reusable frameworks and accelerators that improve delivery efficiency.
- Perform code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
