Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Framer/Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and finishing structures using a variety of materials and tools. Your expertise will contribute to building high-quality frameworks, walls, and other structural elements that meet safety standards and project specifications.

This position offers an exciting chance to work on diverse projects, from residential to commercial, ensuring each build is executed with precision and craftsmanship.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute projects.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing components using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks to create durable foundations and structural elements.
- Install drywall, siding, and other exterior or interior finishing materials with attention to detail.
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or cranes as needed for material handling and positioning.
- Conduct heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper technique to prevent injury.




- Assist in restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures or surfaces using carpentry skills.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields with a strong understanding of framing techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, woodworking equipment, and welding as applicable.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, drywall installation, siding work, and heavy equipment operation.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in restoration projects or working with schematics is a plus.
