Join our growing construction team as a Framer/Carpenter, where you'll play a vital role in bringing building projects to life through expert craftsmanship and precise execution. Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate framing and carpentry work.
- Construct and install wall frames, floors, roofs, siding, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools.
- Install drywall panels
- Engage in restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged woodwork, siding, or structural elements with precision.
- Complete tasks following safety policies and using appropriate safety gear.




- Maintain a clean and organized work workplace by properly storing tools and materials throughout each project phase.

Experience

- Proven construction experience with a strong background in carpentry or framing preferred.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings relevant to framing and carpentry tasks.
- Ability to operate hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers, levels, and measuring devices efficiently.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to construction sites and heavy lifting procedures.
- Experience working on restoration projects or in environments requiring precise craftsmanship is a plus.
